Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a visitor enters a name or location in a search box, the query is sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Atchison County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Information Collected
Standard logs and analytics may record routine details when a page loads, including:
- The visitor’s Internet Protocol address

- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring website, when available
